Ryan Henderson 2009 Ministox Champion

DW Cars would like to offer its Congratulations to Ryan Henderson who has won the 2009 Ministox Championship .

Held at Onchan raceway,which recently celebrated 40 years of racing, the young gun had a season with its fair share of ups and downs. Ryan made the perfect start to the Championship winning all but one race after the first 3 meetings.But like in any motorsport, you just dont whats around the corner and problems were soon to hit in the weeks ahead with mechanical gremlins stopping Ryan achieving the podium positions he was looking for. At this stage he held on to a slender 1 point advantage of his nearest competitor. After lots of hard work put into the DW Cars sponsered Mini, Ryan from then on put in some excellent results and consistancy got the championship back on track,eventually taking the honours with 9 races to spare and ended the season with a 77 point margin and a total of 269 points.
