Since the 1980s,DW Cars have been members of the RMIF.The Retail motor industry federation is the voice of thousands of retail motor businesses, large, medium and small and is a major opinion former and influence in motor trade matters since 1913.

Together they:

• generate an annual turnover of £70 billion

• employ some 600,000 people directly

• support a further 1.9 million jobs (6 per cent of the UK workforce)

Motoring itself contributes around £30 billion annually to the economy in taxes.

Demand for mobility and convenience means that today;

• 75% of households have access to at least one car

• 30% own two or more cars

• 33 million vehicles are licensed for use in the UK

• Between them they travel the equivalent of 12.5 million times round the world every year
